What is Yammer?

Yammer is an Office365 product that allows us to directly communicate to you about your active project(s).

Yammer is an Office365 product that allows us to directly communicate to you about your project. Within Yammer, teams are created to house communications, documents and files we may need to share with you as your project progresses. Access to the projects are determine by you to ensure that all of the key stakeholders have access. When setting up the project, our team will ask who needs to be involved.


Yammer Tips

  1. Keep it related to the project. If you have something else to discuss book at time with your account manager using the calendar booking link in their email footer. You can also find this link in Yammer along with other helpful resources.  

  2. Don’t start a new thread if you’re trying to respond to something that is already addressed in a previous thread. This way, we can see the full history of communications in one place.  

  3. Do feel free to ask questions in Yammer. We’ll get those addressed as soon as we can.
