What is a Sprint?

A sprint is a 2-week timeframe that our team works to develop and plan specific tasks, milestones and deliverables.

Station Four works on 2-week Sprints. These sprints allow us to allocate the necessary resources for our team while allowing us to make steady progress on your project. Working within 2 week sprints allows our team to plan and be flexible in making adjustments in development.

You will receive standard communication from your Account Manager including Sprint Reports, Sprint Planning and deadlines. To get work in an upcoming sprint, all work must be submitted by the Friday of Sprint current sprint. Please reach out to your Account Manager for any questions.

All projects require a 2-week warming period to allow our team  to adequately plan for your project. If work is added to a current Sprint, an additional rush fee may be applied.
